Focus the Nation is the biggest national teach-in in US history, with over 1500 campuses and other institutions participating this Thursday. The goal is to elevate the issue of global warming and galvanize political leaders and citizens nationwide to take bold action in solving the problem.
Tomorrow night, to kick-off the effort, there will be a live webcast, The 2% Solution, which will feature appearances by actor and activist Edward Norton, Stephen Schneider, Hunter Lovins and Van Jones. The webcast will also include interactive cell phone voting that Courtney has coordinated for the event.
