LCV in the News

The California League of Conservation Voters, called "the largest and oldest state political action committee for the environment," in this article, has a letter on its website that it is encouraging readers to send to the Governor.

LCV-endorsed presidential candidate Barack Obama pledges to free the United States from dependence on oil from the Middle East and Venezuela within a decade and also attacked his Republican opponent John McCain as the candidate of big oil.

The Conservation Report calls John McCain's all-of-the-above energy policy "out of touch."
