LCV released its 2008 National Environmental Scorecard at a press conference on Friday, which reflects more clearly than perhaps ever before that America is truly at a crossroads when it comes to our energy future. The scorecard received particular attention in these states: Montana, Nevada, Connecticut, Hawaii, California, Texas, and New York.
