Even as Congress works to pass the largest investment in clean energy in history, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released new data showing just how much we need it. According to NOAA, Science (the journal, not the abstract concept), and the Center for American Progress, CO2 levels are at their highest in 650,000 years.
