An Online Voice for the Environment
Late last year LCV launched a new website and this year we’re using online communications tools to a greater degree than ever before in order to spread our pro-environment message and connect like-minded activists.
The online communication tools that we use are meant to incite action in our supporters to advocate for sound environmental policies and to elect candidates who will do the same.
We’re always open to your feedback.
You can be a voice for the environment in your own community, too. Write letters to the editors of local papers. Tell your friends about LCV. Most importantly, collect your best photos -- we’re working on a Flickr group to share all our photos online in one place. Check back soon to see how you can share your passion with our growing online community.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Are You on Facebook? We Are!!
It has been a way for us here to share with you, in an informal setting, a bit of what we do as the political voice for the environment.
Facebook is the way to keep in touch with friends, let’s use it to keep in touch with the environment.

Now you can help grow the LCV network!
The League of Conservation Voters is networking with you to rally support for improved environmental standards and a new commitment to addressing the single greatest challenge of this generation: global warming and America's energy future.
We're using Facebook, the social networking site with nearly 60 million members, and we've formed an LCV group where you can share ideas, discuss the issues, post your own photos and videos and even get a behind-the-scenes look at the great work LCV does, thanks to your support.
In 2008, we'll debut dozens of web projects on Facebook. If you join, you'll get the first look when these new projects go live.
With Facebook's membership doubling in size every six months, social networking sites are a great opportunity to reach like-minded people who want to take action.
If you forward this link to friends and family, you've already started. Let's grow this group, elect pro-environment candidates in 2008 and bring about change that is good for jobs, good for the economy, good for our national security and good for the planet.
